Unit 05 · Operations
Customer and back-office operations run to written standards
Support, onboarding, order handling, data processing and coordination are where reliability is won or lost. We design the process, then operate it with trained people, supervision and service levels you can check.
When this is the right answer
Signs you need this
Volume has outgrown the team
Response times slip and the best people are stuck on routine work.
Onboarding is inconsistent
New customers wait, or get a different experience depending on who handles them.
Admin is eating senior time
Order entry, document handling and scheduling pull people away from higher-value work.
Coverage has gaps
Evenings, weekends or peak periods are not staffed.

How it is delivered
People, process and technology
People
Trained agents and coordinators under a team lead, with backup coverage and a named escalation path. Roles, languages and hours are validated before any service level is offered.
Process
SOPs, quality checklists and call or ticket reviews are built in from day one. You receive a monthly report on volume, quality and service-level performance.
Technology
We work in your helpdesk, CRM or ERP where possible, with access limited to what each role needs. Automation handles routing, reminders and reporting.
Human delivery roles in this unit are scoped and validated for each engagement. We confirm roles, language, hours and supervision with you before committing coverage.

Commercial model
Recurring monthly contract
Scope, hours, resources, supervision, quality standards and service levels are defined in the contract. A paid onboarding phase precedes live service.
Ways to engage
- Managed service. We own a defined process and its outputs.
- Dedicated managed team. Capacity provided and managed for you.
- Pilot. A time-boxed trial with measures agreed in advance.
Can you answer phones live?
Live phone coverage requires validated language ability, telephony infrastructure, operating hours and escalation procedures. We confirm each of these during scoping and do not offer live service levels until they are in place.
How do you protect customer data?
Least-privilege access, confidentiality and data-processing agreements, and a defined security framework. We do not claim certifications we do not hold.
Who supervises the team?
A named team lead is accountable for quality and escalation, with a contact on our side for you.
