How the score is calculated
- Each answer carries a fixed number of points (0 to 4) for one or two categories. The table of points is public in this page's source.
- A category score is the points earned divided by the points possible for the questions that apply to you, as a percentage.
- The overall score is the simple average of the categories that could be assessed. Questions you mark as not applicable are left out, not scored as zero.
- Priorities rank categories by how far they are from 100, weighted by operational impact (sales 1.2, process 1.1, integration and customer 1.0, data and automation 0.9). A challenge you selected adds 10 to its category's priority.
- The score is computed by fixed rules, in your browser and again on our server if you ask for the report. No AI sets or changes a score.
- We do not compare you with industry averages: we do not have verified benchmarks, and we will not invent them. The score describes your answers, nothing more.

What happens to your answers: they stay in your browser while you answer. If you ask for the detailed report, we send them with your contact details to our server, where the result is recomputed with the same rules. If you do not, nothing identifying is sent. With tracking accepted, we record only that an assessment was completed and its score band, without your answers' text or any personal data. See the Privacy Policy.
